All our wiring harness undergo stringent levels of inspection and test prior to shipping/installation. Our wiring analyser automatically performs a connection resistance test, as well as insulation resistance/dielectric breakdown tests. This level of testing ensures quality by eliminating future failures. Assemblies that simply pass continuity testing may fail later due to weak insulation or poor termination.
